God's Promises Regarding Trials
That the trial of your faith, being much more
precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire,
might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of
Jesus Christ: 1Peter 1:7
Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery
trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto
you: 1Peter 4:12
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into
divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh
patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect
and entire, wanting nothing. James
1:2-4
So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches
of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and
tribulations that ye endure: 2Thessalonians
1:4
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?
shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness,
or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the
day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these
things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. Romans
8:35-37
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for
thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore
will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest
upon me. 2Corinthians 12:9
